How do I clean my Fuzzie Dot?

Wash in cold water with mild detergent and air dry. Your Fuzzie Dot will retain its original softness when recommended care is used.

Is shipping free everywhere?

Free shipping is only for orders mailed in the Continental US.

How soon will my order ship?

Because each blanket is hand-made to order, please allow 2-3 weeks from when you place your order.  Feel free to contact us at blankets@fuzziedot.com to check on current production and we can estimate a more precise processing time for you.

Where is my order?

You will receive an order status email soon after placing an order. You can refer back to that email for updates on shipping and production. If you have other questions, feel free to email us at blankets@fuzziedot.com.

Can I change my order before it has shipped?

Yes. We can change your order but there could be additional time needed to complete your new requests.

How long does normal shipping take before it will arrive?

Once your blanket has been made, all domestic orders should arrive within 3-5 business days of their ship date.

What happens if I receive a damaged item?

Please contact us immediately as all damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order.
